Role Description

We are seeking a motivated
Integrator/Installer
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and integrating security systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting clients to ensure seamless implementation. You'll work closely with both customers and the internal team to deliver high-quality outcomes on diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and integrate CCTV, VMS, Access Control, and related security systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
  • Provide hands-on customer support and training where required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project success
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in installing and integrating security systems
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems, VMS, Access Control systems, and Perimeter Detection solutions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant certifications in security systems installation are a plus
