About the Role

As a People and Operations Support Officer, you'll support the smooth running of our team and clinics across Australia. Based in Traralgon, this full-time role is ideal for someone with solid admin experience and a strong eye for detail.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all People and Operations queries.
  • Delivering a red-carpet onboarding experience for new employees across Australia, including international applicants.
  • Handling overflow customer enquiries and bookings using our practice management software.
  • Assisting our 64 facilities nationwide with facilities requests and general support.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is up to date.
  • Identifying and escalating people or facilities issues when needed.
About You

You don't need HR experience—we'll teach you that. You bring:

  • Proven administrative experience in an office or customer-focused role.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience using (an advantage).
  • Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping skills.
  • A professional and approachable manner.
  • The ability to prioritise, take initiative, and work as part of a supportive, high-performing team.
