ServiceNow Architect

Join a high-impact transformation initiative within a large-scale IT environment We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the uplift and integration of enterprise data sets aligned to modern service modelling frameworks. You'll play a pivotal role in enabling digital transformation through structured data alignment and stakeholder collaboration.

Location: Canberra, ACT (Onsite Only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the uplift of DAHL and APM datasets for integration into ServiceNow
  • Perform data modelling, cleansing, and hygiene to meet enterprise standards
  • Enable deployment of EA module and support future Granger releases
  • Establish application-to-service mapping and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Key Criteria

  • Proven experience in enterprise data modelling in large-scale IT environments
  • Expertise with ServiceNow (EA and/or CMDB modules)
  • Strong knowledge of CSDM, APM, and DAHL alignment practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
