Join Rapid Building Inspections (RBI), part of RACV-owned Home Trades Hub Australia, and help protect properties across Queensland. We deliver expert building and pest inspections to homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Inspect properties thoroughly, including sub-floors, roof spaces, and exteriors.
  • Identify defects, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
  • Produce clear, professional reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Play a key role in property safety during sales, maintenance, and renovations.

What You'll Need:

  • To be a QLD Registered Builder with Completed Residential Building Inspection Licence.
  • Proven experience in building and pest inspections.
  • Completion of timber pest courses (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
  • Valid driver's licence, police check, and reliable vehicle.
