As a Change Lead, you will:


• Deliver the S/4HANA migration project, a complex multi-agency program of work, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management Strategy and Plan.

• Provide expert strategic and tactical advice and leadership on change management, ensuring all necessary change management elements are embedded in plans and any related impacts are identified and addressed.

• Manage risks and issues that may impact on the successful implementation of the project, including timely escalation within a well-managed governance framework.

• Support and work closely with a wide array of teams to ensure S/4HANA aligns with the strategic direction of the department, business areas, and whole-of-Government, meeting organisational capacity and budget requirements.

• Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing activities.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish a change network to ensure program success.

• Manage and report on project related trends and performance, including progress, financials, and post-implementation reviews, against project plans and schedules.
