The Role
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse & Logistics Officer to manage the accurate receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of aviation materials and tools. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and strict adherence to CASA and FAA airworthiness standards.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, ensuring compliance with aviation standards.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch items accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory records and documentation, including stock levels and discrepancies.
  • Ensure safe handling of hazardous aviation materials.
  • Oversee tool calibration schedules to keep equipment in top condition.
  • Work closely with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams for smooth logistics.
  • Raise purchase orders for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and critical parts.
  • Follow all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Travel internationally when required to support global operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in aviation stores, logistics, or a similar warehousing role.
  • Knowledge of aviation materials, tools, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Licences Highly Regarded

  • Forklift Licence
  • Dangerous Goods Licence
