An exciting opportunity for an Executive Manager - Warehouse Operations has become available within the Jandakot Region of ALDI Stores. **This is a permanent full-time opportunity.**

You will work in a fast-paced environment, leading a team largely responsible for managing delivery route optimisation, space management, asset management and maintaining compliance with a strong focus on safety.

**What does the role look like?**
- Leading, mentoring, and empowering diverse Warehouse teams, steering their recruitment, development, training, performance evaluation, leave management and scheduling.
- Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from inventory management to dispatching and receiving goods.
- Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, and transportation.
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nurtures excellence.

- Demonstrated experience leading teams, ideally within a warehouse setting.

**Remuneration**
- Transparent tiered salary range of $159,000 - $208,000 including Superannuation.
