The Opportunity

As National Retail Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end retail operations across a network of boutiques, leading and mentoring store teams to achieve excellence in customer experience, sales performance, and brand execution. Working closely with the executive team, you'll play a key role in shaping the retail strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and oversee multi-site retail operations nationwide, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.Inspire and develop store teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed KPIs
  • Lead, mentor, and energize store teams to deliver standout customer experiences and consistently exceed performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost sales, maximize profitability, and deepen customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and head office teams to align on national initiatives
  • Champion visual merchandising and uphold premium brand presentation across all locations.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and head office teams to align on impactful national campaigns and initiatives.
  • Deliver actionable, data-driven insights and performance reporting to guide key business decisions.
