Position: Waitstaff-Front of house.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor
  • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
  • Ensure tables are clean and set up for new guests
  • Assist in delivering food from the kitchen to tables (runner duties)
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
  • Address and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • RSA alcohol license is mandatory.
