A global logistics leader is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic logistics and freight forwarding team. This role is critical in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct, monitor, and manage supervisors and team leaders to ensure efficient operations and skill development.
  • Meet financial targets and maintain ISO 9002 accreditation standards.
  • Recruit and manage qualified staff in line with company policies.
  • Implement and uphold internal WH&S policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with operational processes and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain operational standards and safeguard customer inventory and property.
  • Develop strategies to support products, reduce costs, and increase profitable revenue.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of logistics operations requirements and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Word/Excel.
  • Awareness of WH&S requirements and familiarity with logistics systems and materials handling equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation.
