We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Manager Clinical Services to lead our growing clinical team. This is a unique opportunity to influence positive change, drive best practice, and contribute meaningfully to the lives of people with disability.

About You:

As the Senior Manager Clinical Services, you will lead and coordinate clinical service delivery across Sylvanvale within an interdisciplinary team framework. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred behaviour support services, aligned with the principles of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission's requirements.

Your leadership will set the standard for clinical excellence, accountability, and ongoing professional development. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will also support business and service growth while ensuring services exceed expectations.

In this leadership role, you will:

  • Deliver complex, person-centred behaviour support services
  • Develop, implement, and review Positive Behaviour Support plans
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Behaviour Support Practitioners and allied health professionals, promoting a positive, accountable, and outcomes-focused culture.
  • Monitor and manage customer-attributable time, contributing to clinical KPIs, and promoting operational efficiency across services.
  • Drive adherence to service standards, ensuring that all clinical services meet or exceed expectations and align with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Represent and advocate for Sylvanvale's clinical expertise externally, contributing to business development, partnerships, and service innovation initiativ
  • Foster a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement

What you'll need

  • AHPRA-registered Psychologist
  • Working with Children Check
  • NSW Driver's Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • At least 5 years' experience delivering complex behaviour support services to people with disability
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, training and reviewing complex behaviour support plans under the NDIS, DCJ and Quality & Safeguards Commission frameworks, including detailed knowledge of the processes around the use and reporting of restrictive practices in NSW
