Position Overview

We are currently hiring Bartenders/Cocktail Makers/Waitpersons to help us provide outstanding service to our valued guests. If you love hospitality and enjoy working in a lively environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers warmly and promptly
  • Take and process food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, and beer, following The Fishbar's standards and RSA guidelines
  • Showcase cocktail-making skills and creativity behind the bar
  • Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service operations
  • Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role preferred
  • Proven cocktail-making experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Current RSA certification
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
