Are you passionate about great beer, sharp service, and creating memorable guest experiences? We're looking for a bartender/server who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows their way around a bar, and brings good vibes to every shift.

At the Bavarian we serve atmosphere, energy, and unforgettable moments. If you're quick on your feet with a bubbly attitude, confident with cocktails, and know your way around a tap, we want to meet you.

About You:

Restaurant knowledge with a quick pace

  • Knows what to prioritize
  • Greetings/farewells
  • Turning over tables efficiently
  • Creating amazing guest experiences
  • Anticipate guest needs (water, napkins, coasters).

Menu Confidence

  • Speak fluently about:
    • Our Beer styles (especially German beers).
  • House cocktails, spirits, schnapps.
  • Our signature food items & best-sellers.
  • Offer upsells or similar alternatives.
  • Upselling confidence is a must

POS Pro

  • Enter all orders correctly and efficiently.
  • Is familiar with any POS platform.

Pour Like a Pro/Cocktail & Spirits Presentation

  • Us Germans love foam Perfect pours: correct head size, clean/dry glassware
  • Serve in proper glassware with style and care.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bar experience min. 1 year (preferred).
  • Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn.
  • Great communication and team spirit.
  • Fast, accurate, and confident under pressure.
  • Availability on weekends and evenings.
