This position will see you playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our diverse range of motorcycle parts and accessories.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their motorcycling needs
  • Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining product displays and inventory to ensure the store always looks its best
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

  • Passion for motorcycles and motorcycle accessories
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Solid mechanical knowledge — you work on your own car, truck, motorbike, or farm gear
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
