Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately interpreting customer needs and recommending the right products
  • Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms to provide tailored solutions
  • Use your strong knowledge of motorcycle parts to identify and suggest suitable products
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry through to purchase
  • Stay up to date with the latest motorcycle models, parts, and industry trends
About You
  • Genuine passion for motorcycles with solid understanding of components and terminology
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries at once
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with strong record-keeping and customer interaction skills
