*It is a requirement for our community roles all staff possess a reliable vehicle, valid Australian driver licence and be willing to travel throughout the region visiting clients in their own homes.

About the role

Our Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:*

  • Personal care
  • Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, help at home)
  • Social connection and companionship

What do we need from you?

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification
  • Own vehicle with comprehensive Insurance
  • Australian Driver licence
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • Experience in care role highly regarded
