Early Childhood Educator – Certificate III or Diploma

Quakers Hill | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Are you a passionate and dedicated early childhood educator looking for your next opportunity? Our well-resourced, privately owned centre in Quakers Hill is currently seeking a Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educator to join our Preschool Room team. This is a full-time position, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan, and implement a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Monitor, assess, and document children's development and maintain individual portfolios
  • Create stimulating and supportive learning environments
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Mentor and support less experienced staff
  • Assist children with daily routines while promoting their independence and development
  • Ensure compliance with centre policies, regulations, and current legislation

What You'll Need:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Sound understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Framework, and child development
  • A team-focused, positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality care and education
  • Demonstrated confidence and competence in using technology to support documentation, communication, and programming
  • Previous experience in a permanent role is preferred
