Diploma Qualified Educator – 12-Month Maternity Leave Cover

Quakers Hill | Full-Time | Starting End of November

We are looking for a Diploma-qualified Educator to join our team in Quakers Hill for a 12-month maternity leave cover. This is a full-time position, starting at the end of November, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement quality educational programs following the EYLF
  • Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support children with daily routines and encourage independence
  • Follow all centre policies and regulations

What You'll Need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Good understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
