About the opportunity
As part of our Customer Service Team, you'll be the face and voice of Bradnam's Toowoomba – welcoming customers into our showroom and supporting them over the phone. Whether it's builders, tradies, or homeowners, you'll help bring their projects to life with expert advice, exceptional service, and genuine enthusiasm.
What you'll do
- Deliver fast, friendly, and effective customer service while kicking sales goals.
- Liaise closely with Sales Representatives, Customers, and the Operations Team.
- Grow your knowledge of Bradnam's products and stay up to date with building codes.
- Spot opportunities to make our sales process even better.
- Always work safely and encourage others to do the same.
- Handle general admin and jump in to help the team wherever needed.

- Customer service experience in the building industry is a plus, but not essential – we value attitude and willingness to learn
