About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to manage front reception and point of sale operations, providing exceptional customer service and supporting administrative duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Greet and facilitate customer and visitor enquiries at front reception
  • Manage merchandise and assist with showroom presentation
  • Assist with administrative duties, including collecting and distributing mail, raising orders, replenishing supplies, managing petty cash and banking
  • Support management and other teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in reception with experience in heavy industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
  • Strong computer skills, including systems knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills
  • A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
