We're seeking an exceptional leader to drive the next stage of growth for our Bulk Operations across the Eyre Peninsula, South Australia.

You will be a person with a demonstrated track-record of success, who is motivated to grow their people and their business. In this role, you will be a key player in the Bulk Central Operations team, with responsibility for Operations in Port Augusta, Port Pirie, and Thevenard depots.

About the role

You'll be accountable for leading operational teams to ensure the delivery of safe, reliable and cost-effective supply chain services for our valued customers. You will:

• Lead and implement strategies to sustain a strong safety culture.
• Inspire and manage a team of Leaders to deliver exceptional people and operations results.
• Drive superior customer service outcomes through achieving and exceeding operational performance targets.
• Work collaboratively to identify and implement plans that harness opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Act to mitigate risks within the region, supporting delivery of strategic goals, whilst ensuring flexibility for future opportunities.
• Shape and advise on the development and implementation of short-, medium- and long-term strategic plans
• Build and manage internal and external relationships that will enhance the Bulk growth pipeline.
