Your Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant (specialising in Workday HCM) in our Workday Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal initiatives. You will be:

• Leading Workday module/s through the full implementation lifecycle, including:
  • Facilitating and leading client design workshops
  • Using your Workday knowledge to help clients land their design
  • Managing the configuration of your module/s, including configuring yourself, and managing offshore resources who support you
  • Taking module/s through testing and then to successful deployment
• Driving your own professional development by taking opportunities to participate in training and by learning from senior leaders.
• Positively contributing to and impacting KPMG through initiatives which build our culture and capabilities

• Proven track record of successful delivery on Workday HCM implementations
• Active Workday HCM certification/s
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise to meet deadlines and manage expectations where there are conflicting demands.
• Strategic critical thinker, with an aptitude for using that skill to solve complex problems and plan for the future.
• Teambuilding experience and skills, with a passion for conducting your best work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team around you to collaborate, share ideas, and learn together.
