We're looking for enthusiastic Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work across the bar, gaming floor, and TAB/Keno area, serving guests with a smile and keeping things running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for:
- Bar service (beer, wine, spirits, cocktails)
- Assisting customers on the gaming floor (pokies, payouts, troubleshooting)
- Operating TAB and Keno terminals
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Keeping service areas clean, stocked, and compliant
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service at all time
Skills & Requirements
Essential:
- Current RSA & RSG certificates (Queensland)
- Strong customer service experience
- Availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Previous bar or gaming experience (1yr+ preferred)
- Experience with TAB, Keno, and gaming machines
- Barista experience or certification
- 15–30 hours per week for the right candidate
