We're looking for enthusiastic Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work across the bar, gaming floor, and TAB/Keno area, serving guests with a smile and keeping things running smoothly.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Bar service (beer, wine, spirits, cocktails)
  • Assisting customers on the gaming floor (pokies, payouts, troubleshooting)
  • Operating TAB and Keno terminals
  • Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
  • Keeping service areas clean, stocked, and compliant
  • Providing friendly, efficient customer service at all time

Skills & Requirements

Essential:

  • Current RSA & RSG certificates (Queensland)
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Previous bar or gaming experience (1yr+ preferred)
  • Experience with TAB, Keno, and gaming machines
  • Barista experience or certification
