Our client is a well-established FMCG business that is embarking on an exciting period of growth. This is an agile organisation that is constantly working with changing landscapes in their industry. This role will sit within the corporate finance team based in the CBD.

About the role:

Reporting to the FP&A Manager your role will be fast paced, preparing management pack, and delivering key commercial insights for planning and forecasting across the group. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior stakeholders and communicating with multiple functions across the organisation to provide a clear picture of performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and being involved with presentation of management reporting pack and reports to SLT, Board Directors and Investors
  • Group level reporting and analysis of key drivers, profitability and factors leading these drivers
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Consolidation of group budget and related board reporting
  • Maintaining group short term forecasts and long-term planning models
  • Capex reporting and capex budgets
  • Systems and process improvement for reporting and consolidation tools
  • Ad hoc analysis as required

Skills and experience:

The ideal candidate will be CA or CPA qualified, with a strong background in complex, multi-divisional environments at a group level. Experience in fast-paced industries such as supply chain, agriculture, or FMCG is highly desirable. You will bring proven expertise in group reporting and consolidation, ideally within an international, multi-currency context. Proficiency with large ERP systems and intermediate-advanced Excel skills is essential. Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills are also key, particularly when engaging with senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
