The firm is seeking an experienced
Commercial Litigation Lawyer
to join its growing Sunshine Coast team.

Salary range [depending on experience]: $100,000-$170,000 + Super

The Opportunity

This position offers a diverse range of
commercial disputes
and
litigation work
, including
construction law, insolvency, and general commercial matters
. You'll gain hands-on experience, client exposure, and the opportunity to work alongside senior litigators in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and advising on commercial disputes and litigation strategy
  • Working on construction, insolvency, and contractual dispute matters
  • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Drafting pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence
  • Collaborating with senior lawyers and contributing to team outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • 2–6 years' post-admission experience in litigation or commercial disputes
  • Strong legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills
  • Commercially minded approach with excellent client communication
  • Ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively
  • Enthusiasm for resolving complex legal issues with practical solutions

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience in construction, insolvency, or debt recovery matters
  • Familiarity with Queensland court procedures and dispute resolution processes
  • Exposure to SME and private client matters
