We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Software Architect with proven expertise in Ezy-Serve and Change-Ezy SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate must have led end-to-end mobile application development, architecture, and deployment in Field Service Mobility Solutions. This role requires extensive customer engagement, technical solutioning, and ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption and optimization of the SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and optimize the Ezy-Day mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Own the full software lifecycle from conceptualization to go-live for Ezy-Serve mobility solutions.
  • Drive the next-gen evolution of Ezy-Day, enhancing performance, security, and scalability.
  • Ensure seamless backend integration of Ezy-Day with the Ezy-Serve platform using RESTful services.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, mentoring them on mobile app best practices.
  • Develop offline-capable mobile applications with advanced GIS integrations, including ESRI, Mapbox, and OpenStreetMap.
  • Act as a primary technical liaison for enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Conduct customer engagement workshops to gather requirements, provide demonstrations, and ensure seamless onboarding of SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer IT teams to align Ezy-Serve SaaS solutions with existing enterprise applications.
  • Monitor and support customer deployments, ensuring high availability, proactive issue resolution, and continual improvements.
  • Spearhead mobile app security using authentication, encryption, and data protection best practices.
  • Manage the scalability and performance optimization of mobility solutions for large enterprise customers.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Ezy-Serve and Change-Ezy SaaS products, with multiple deployments.
  • Proficiency in Android (Java), iOS (Swift), and React Native for enterprise field mobility applications.
  • Strong experience in GIS mapping solutions within Ezy-Day and Ezy-Serve.
  • Expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience in customer support, implementation, and SaaS product maintenance.
  • Proven track record of integrating mobile apps with ERP and enterprise systems.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including backend, frontend, and cloud engineers.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience in IoT-driven FSM applications .
  • Hands-on experience with SAP integrations for Ezy-Serve solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of serverless architectures, AWS, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Must have hands on experience in Ezy -Serve solutions and high-traffic FSM solutions with thousands of active users.

This is a permanent position based in Nowra-Bomaderry, NSW. The remuneration range is AUD 75,000 – 90,000 per annum.

This role is open only to candidates with direct experience working on Ezy-Serve. Candidates with experience in Ezy-Serve or Change-Ezy solutions are needed.
