Web Application Lead – Ezy-Serve

We are looking for a Web Application Lead with extensive hands-on experience in Ezy-Serve and Change-Ezy SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of web application architecture, front-end UI development, and SAP-integrated solutions for field service management. This role requires strong customer engagement skills to support enterprise clients in adopting and optimizing Ezy-Serve web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of Ezy-Planner, Ezy-Scheduler, and Ezy-App Builder as part of the Ezy-Serve stack.
  • Architect Angular-based web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Develop low-code/no-code solutions using Ezy-App Builder to accelerate SaaS product delivery.
  • Optimize integration of Ezy-Serve web applications with SAP backend services via OData APIs and RabbitMQ.
  • Drive UI/UX enhancements for Ezy-Admin, Ezy-UI, and web-based FSM solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand business needs, configure solutions, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal downtime.
  • Support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Ezy-Serve SaaS solutions for clients.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of Angular, Java, and SAP developers to deliver seamless FSM web solutions.
  • Implement advanced access control and security measures for web applications.
  • Manage multi-tenant configurations to support various enterprise clients within Ezy-Serve.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Web Application Lead
  • Expertise in Ezy-Serve SaaS solutions, including Ezy-Planner, Ezy-Scheduler, and Ezy-App Builder.
  • Hands-on experience in Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ABAP and UI5, with proven experience in integrating SAP with Ezy-Serve.
  • Experience in customer support, troubleshooting, and training for SaaS solutions.
  • Expertise in RabbitMQ, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Proven track record in managing customer deployments, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in low-code/no-code development within FSM SaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in data-driven UI components and real-time dashboards.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong focus on performance tuning and enterprise-grade security implementations.
