This is a newly created role at BRAMS, and it's all about people, purpose and potential. Your impact will be real, visible, and lasting.

As the new Learning and Development Coordinator, you'll take the reins of our organisation-wide capability strategy, building systems, structures and culture that allow our workforce to thrive.

Based in Broome, WA, and reporting to the Business Services Executive Manager, this isn't just a coordinator role - it's an opportunity to drive change, influence leadership, and embed learning into the heartbeat of everything we do.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving the launch and ongoing implementation of BRAMS' new Learning & Development Framework
  • Working with executive leaders to identify workforce gaps and build capability pathways

This is your chance to design from the ground up, shaping how staff learn, grow, and contribute to better health outcomes across the Kimberley.
