A specialist Rehabilitation Service Provider is seeking experienced professionals to join as independent contractors, delivering high-quality rehabilitation, assessment, and advisory services to veterans. Our mission is to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals in their transition to civilian life through tailored rehabilitation interventions.

The Role:

We are looking for a suitably qualified Rehabilitation Consultant to provide client-focused services on a flexible contract basis. As a contractor, you will work with medically discharged veterans experiencing physical and psychological injuries, implementing goal-oriented medical management, psychosocial, and vocational rehabilitation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with complex needs, including mental health conditions.

  • Provide tailored rehabilitation interventions to assist veterans in achieving their goals.

  • Deliver professional services with integrity, respect, and accountability

Requirements:

  • Minimum Full membership with ASORC/RCAA, AHPRA, AASW or ESSA

  • Demonstrated experience in rehabilitation and/or case management.

  • Strong ability to motivate and empower clients.

  • Current driver's license.

  • Desirable/Ability to Obtain:

  • Mental Health First Aid certification.

  • Current Working with Children Check.

  • Current Police Check.

Remuneration:

Competitive contractor rates, based on experience.
