About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our growing team in East Melbourne. You'll lead the delivery of major electrical and infrastructure projects, working across design, coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver complex electrical and infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate and review engineering designs, drawings, and reports.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and authorities.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Solid experience (10 years +) in project engineering, ideally with utilities, substations, or distribution networks.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Prior network utility or private electrical infrastructure utility connection design experience essential.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and engineering design tools.
