The Role (What you will do)

  • Own a portfolio

of B2B accounts as the single point of contact; keep day-to-day service running smoothly and grow revenue.
- Customer visits:

conduct compulsory quarterly onsite visits for distributors and project or need driven visits for manufacturers.
- Instantly visit or video meet

when grievances, production issues or deep technical queries arise.
- Product mastery & technical support:

gain in-depth knowledge of product specs and applications; hold convincing technical discussions; act as the
conduit to R&D

for rapid root cause analysis.
- Demos, trials & up-sell:

organise/host trials with NPD chefs; use every session to position most suitable SKUs, optimised pack sizes or value add services.
- Market intelligence & competitive defence/growth:

keep a constant eye on competitor
pricing, offers and service problems

. Log insights,
exploit gaps

(targeted up-sell/cross-sell),
preempt threats

(margin defence tactics, service upgrades), and maintain a quarterly
Competitive Snapshot

per key account.
- Quarterly EBRs (manufacturers):

run a structured
Executive Business Review every quarter

; compare prior EBR KPIs vs actuals; table clear actions with owners and deadlines.
- Forecast & demand signals:

stay close to stakeholders at the customers end; keep a
Forecast Change Log

; align early with Operations & Finance and trigger huddles when variance exceeds ±10%.
- Customer financial health & credit risk:

build friendly ties with customers' finance teams; monitor payment patterns and early warning signs; recommend mitigation (credit adjustments, stock holds, revised terms)
before exposure escalates

- Problem solving & solution innovation:

proactively propose
alternate products/pack sizes/new concepts

that improve the customer's outcomes and Knoxx margins. If needs sit
beyond Knoxx

, connect and coordinate external experts so the customer always sees Knoxx as the team they can rely on.
- New customer opportunities:

when you spot a viable lead and are confident of conversion,
align with seniors

and lead the pursuit building your pathway to a future
Business Hunter

- Process & tool innovation:

adopt and pioneer
AI/digital tools

to automate admin, sharpen forecasting, and free time for strategic work.
- Data & reporting:

keep contacts, visits, intel, forecasts, opportunities and actions current in
CRM

; publish monthly dashboards (pipeline, forecast variance, account health, credit risk).

What you will bring

with CRM discipline (Nutshell preferred) and comfort with Google Workspace; Business Intelligence skills a plus.
- Experience:

3+ years in B2B account management/customer success/sales (food/FMCG preferred), including running structured reviews, coordinating trials, managing escalations and collaborating on forecasts.
