- Assist students calmly and respectfully during transitions throughout the school day.
- Respond to student needs in the front office with sensitivity, professionalism and care.

- Support first aid requirements as needed (training provided).
- Assist with booking meetings, arranging appointments, and managing school calendars.
- Assist with school-wide communication and preparation for programs and activities.
Event & Catering Support
- Support the organisation and coordination of school events including graduations, assemblies, parent events and community activities.
- Assist with catering planning and preparation for events as required.
- Maintain supplies and liaise with external providers where appropriate.

- Maintain accurate records, documents, and databases.
- Support compliance processes including student files, medical plans, emergency management procedures and visitor sign-ins.
School Culture & Community Engagement
- Model the school values and contribute positively to the culture of Monash SDS.
- Be a key part of the 'vibrant heart' of the school - fostering warm relationships, supporting students with sensitivity, and contributing to a calm and organised front office environment.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers, ES staff and allied health professionals.
