As a graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience and have the opportunity to: 

  • Assist in internal communications platforms that keep employees informed and up to date on the latest news by considering context, channel, and audience. 
  • Support external communications like social media content scheduling, updates, and engagement reporting. 
  • Shadow team members on branding photography and videography initiatives and campaigns—seeing how it all comes together behind the scenes. 
  • Contribute to exciting global marketing campaigns and shape the future of Sedgman's branding. 
  • Master editing skills and develop technical competencies in tools such as photo and design editing, SharePoint and content hub administration, and website content management. 
  • Become part of a large, connected CIMIC Group graduate cohort, with networking opportunities, professional development days, and exciting social events.

Who are you? 

  • A Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Commerce is desirable. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • The ability to work safely and effectively without supervision. 
  • Excellent time management and self-organisation skills. 
  • Enthusiasm, passion and a creative eye.
