About the Role

Girls Grammar School offers 19 competitive and non-competitive sporting activities through its Sport Program. As a founding member of the Queensland Girls Secondary Schools Sports Association (QGSSSA), the School participates in various Brisbane club association fixtures and provides a comprehensive Interhouse Program.

Reporting to the Director of Sport, the Sport Administrator plays a vital role in the School's Sport Program. This position involves coordinating multiple sports within the QGSSSA and Club competitions, as well as the development, organisation, and coordination of holiday sport programs.

As one of three Sport Administrators, your responsibilities will include developing, implementing and coordinating Sport Programs, coordinating multiple sports programs, taking a proactive approach to monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards and student/staff wellbeing within the sport program, including injury prevention and incident management.

This position requires some flexibility in working hours to support the delivery of the School's Sport Program.
