Ready to make a real impact in safety? Join TasPorts as a trusted Team Lead Safety for our Major Projects and help drive a proactive, solutions-focused safety culture across dynamic operational environments.

Who we are

  • Conduct or support risk assessments and maintain risk registers
  • Facilitate and support incident investigations to ensure root causes are identified and meaningful corrective actions are implemented, including leading ICAM investigations when required
  • Conduct monthly reporting against safety KPIs
  • Development and or refinement of existing Workplace Health and Safety systems, processes and tools for designated Major Projects
  • Undertake WHS and contract assurance activities of contractors and TasPorts works as it applies to the designated Major Projects
