Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiographer to lead our CT modality across Tasmania. This role will involve scanning alongside developing governance and training processes.

This is a full-time position based in Hobart, with part-time applicants considered.

Attractive relocation and retention bonuses are available for interstate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical workforce of CT Radiographers across the state
  • Operate CT modalities and other equipment as required
  • Design, develop, and deliver CT training programs
  • Contribute to quality and safety initiatives
  • Drive operational excellence and innovation
  • Oversee professional development and training of qualified Radiographers
  • Support recruitment and retention
  • Provide excellent customer service and teamwork
Requirements
  • Significant experience in CT modality across various machines
  • Deep knowledge of CT governance, resources, and systems
  • Demonstrate good business and commercial acumen
  • Effective communication and professionalism
  • Teamwork and good peer relationships
  • AHPRA Registration
