Laundry Attendant – Part-Time (Casual, 20–48 hours per fortnight)

Join our Wardrobe team at Crown Perth and help deliver exceptional service behind the scenes. This casual role offers flexible hours between 5am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday, with availability on Tuesday to Thursday especially valued.

What You'll Do

  • Collect, sort, and inspect garments and linen; wash, dry, fold, and press items according to care instructions.
  • Operate and maintain laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and pressers.
  • Process guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests, including applying charges using the system.
  • Report any unusual incidents, complaints, or missing/damaged items promptly to support a safe and secure environment.
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience by delivering high standards of service and professionalism.

About You

You'll bring:

  • A genuine interest in providing excellent service.
  • Previous experience in laundry or dry cleaning is welcome but not essential.
  • Reliability and a respectful, team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfort working in a physically active role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
