If you're a senior Dentist who wants to make a meaningful impact on the NSW Mid-North Coast while working in a busy, high-tech, premium environment doing full-mouth dentistry, this is it.

Every dentist here is booked out weeks to months in advance, supported by Hygienists and a strong clinical team. You'll walk into full books, a warm culture, and full clinical autonomy - serving an engaged patient base with 85–90% case acceptance (no overservicing).

This 5-chair, state-of-the-art practice is surrounded by beaches in beautiful Coffs Harbour - 2 hours south of Byron Bay, 3 hours from the Gold Coast, and 5 hours north of Sydney, with daily direct flights to both Sydney and Brisbane.

Work 4–5 days a week in a thriving, systems-driven environment that attracts dentists from across Australia for its clinical excellence and lifestyle appeal.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of Australian clinical experience
  • Patient-centric communicator with a focus on quality care and education
  • Experience with Invisalign/clear aligners and/or implants (or training completed and ready to implement)
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and growth-minded
  • Friendly chairside manner and genuine community focus
  • AHPRA registration (no conditions) and current indemnity insurance
