We are looking for somebody with strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team of people to come onboard as a Duty Manager at the Fire Station Hotel in Wallsend.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and motivate the front-of-house staff, ensuring a positive and energetic team atmosphere.
  • Assist in staff training and development to maintain and improve service standards.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily pub operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Quality Control:

Qualifications:
