About The Role:
As the Chef at Bella Vista Hotel, you are responsible for but not limited to:

  • Preparing and producing dishes on the line with our highly efficient and harmonious kitchen team.

  • Maintaining high level kitchen standards and quality.

  • Clean and maintain the cooking and preparation areas and tools as required, and always after each service period.

  • Supervising and providing directions for cooks and kitchen hands.

  • Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.

  • Awareness departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team.
