As a Chef de Partie at Ciel, you'll:
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dishes consistently
- Take responsibility for a section of the kitchen, ensuring standards are maintained
- Assist with prep, service, and maintaining stock levels
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal changes
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff when needed
