ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Henne
Senior Client Advisor
, you'll play a key part in delivering an elevated retail experience that reflects the values of our brand. You will:

  • Provide warm, one-on-one styling service that makes every customer feel seen and confident
  • Build genuine relationships and a loyal client base
  • Maintain impeccable store presentation and merchandising standards
  • Support daily operations, including inventory, stock replenishment and styling sessions
  • Process transactions with accuracy and care
  • Work collaboratively to achieve shared team goals - we value team success over individual KPIs

ABOUT YOU

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, remaining calm and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday required)
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
  • A personal connection to the Henne brand, vision and mission.
