The Role

Our Bella Grace Brightwater centre is very excited to welcome a new Director to the following role:

• Director and Nominated Supervisor - Full-time - Brightwater/Mountain Creek. Experience in Directing is essential, as is strong people/management/mentoring and communication skills, time management, and an ability to run a centre to high quality standards. Able to inspire a team, work with them on their level and be in the rooms, communicate expectations, maintain boundaries, nurturing staff on their journeys of professional growth, contributing to further building a strong positive culture and be on the journey with us. Working in close alignment with our leadership team, in open communication and shared objectives. We are looking for someone with a strong voice, refined judgement, strong professional standards and an ability to get things done.

Skills and experience

• Must hold an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification or higher.
• Hold a current QLD Blue Card or able to apply.
• Have a passion and dedication for our sector Early Childhood and high quality care.
• Have experience in Directing and the professional qualities listed above.
• Highly professional, with excellent communication, judgement and an ability to get things done.
