Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Engineering Manager to lead our Automation Platform team, with a primary focus on designing and building a best-in-class, enterprise-grade workflow engine. In this role, you will drive the technical strategy, execution, and delivery of a scalable, reliable, and extensible workflow platform that powers automation across our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers responsible for the core workflow engine and automation platform.

  • Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the workflow engine, ensuring it meets the needs of enterprise customers for scalability, reliability, security, and extensibility.

  • Collaborate closely with product management, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust automation capabilities and seamless integrations.
