About Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting QAL by partnering closely with leaders to attract and secure the right talent for the organisation.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a primary focus on bulk recruitment initiatives. This includes tasks such as advertising vacancies, managing candidate pipelines, shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, and preparing offers. You will also ensure that job descriptions and all recruitment documentation remain accurate and up to date.
Reporting to the Supervisor - Talent Acquisition, this position is instrumental in delivering timely, efficient, and compliant recruitment solutions that align with the business's needs and objectives.
What You Bring To The Role
To thrive in this position, we're looking for a professional who offers:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection, with a strong focus on bulk recruitment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle competing tasks effectively.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- A solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and relevant legislation (knowledge in these areas is an advantage).
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
