About the Role
FJG Partners is seeking a Part-Time 3-5 days a week to join our team in Bundoora. We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is eager to learn, can work independently, and consistently produces high-quality results. The right candidate can start immediately.
Please note: This is an on-site roleKey Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping for a diverse range of clients
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Payroll & Super Guarantee processing
- Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS/IAS) – monthly and quarterly
- General administrative duties
- Data entry
Essential Skills and Qualifications – Bookkeeper
- Proficiency with MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Excellent keyboard and data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in bookkeeping. You must be able to meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy. We value individuals who demonstrate a strong attention to detail, a positive team attitude, and an empathetic, professional approach.
