FJG Partners seeks a motivated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Bundoora, Victoria. This is a part-time role, offering you the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, part-time role offers including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Assisting with payroll processing and administration
- Providing accounting support to our small business clients
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a bookkeeping role.
- Knowledge of at least one software: MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficient in data entry, analysis, and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
- MYOB: 1 year (required)
- Xero: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
