The Role
Due to recently awarded contracts with some of Australia's biggest Telecommunications carriers we are seeking a Contract Administrator. The preference is for this role to be based in Sydney, with offices in North Sydney, Auburn & Campbelltown, however open to other locations for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will support your assigned projects with effective management both upstream and downstream contractual obligations and commitments including;
- Ensuring subcontractor claims are being processed in line with company policy and regulatory requirements
- Support and co-ordinate the review and timely approval (or dispute) of payment claims to client
- Head contract reporting and management of key critical productivity data analytics for delivery of services.
- Document Control of correspondence and registers
- Ensure commercial processes and systems are established for the project
- Assist the team in Month end reporting
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
- Experience in a Contract Administration role with exposure to construction projects
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret and apply contracts
- Have a solid understanding of cost control function in relation to payment of subcontractors and suppliers
- You are a self-starter with a firm approach in upholding governance.
- You are a pro with the MS Office suite of apps
