Are you graduating in 2025 and ready to launch your veterinary career in a supportive, structured, and thriving environment?

VetPartners is now inviting expressions of interest for our 2026 Graduate Academy. Our clinics are carefully selected and assessed to ensure they have the resources, commitment, and team culture to provide you with the right start in your career.

What To Expect From The Program
During your 12 months in this program, you'll become an integral part of one of our established veterinary hospitals and its team. They will guide and support you through a structured training program, offering valuable clinical experience, informal and formal on-the-job learning, and regular check-ins with mentors.

  • Guaranteed onsite Clinical Mentor and Graduate Manager for continuous improvement and to provide support every step of the way
  • Veterinary Training Centre practical workshops in surgical and dentistry
  • Development in surgery and medicine across our small animal practices
