Stratco recognises the crucial role today’s Apprentices will play in the future success of our business and has a strong commitment to - employing dedicated young people and developing them to their fullest potential. Our Apprentice program combines on-the-job training with nationally recognised qualifications, and ongoing support from our experienced mentors and management team.

**The Opportunity**

Stratco's Operations facility are looking for motivated individuals who are looking to start an Apprenticeship and establish a long-term career with Stratco. As a Sheet Metal Apprentice you will have the opportunity to spend time in all sections of our factory, learn to operate roll formers, press brakes, metal folders, welders, hand-held sheet metal tools, as well as get involved in the manufacture of all our products. You will also be involved in servicing and maintaining our plant equipment, will participate in trade related training and additional training and development provided by Stratco. Stratco will provide all the training, support and tools needed to help you develop the necessary skills of the trade.
